Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RosiieViibes! We are a small business specializing in handmade and custom tumbler cups. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

  • Agreement to terms: By placing an order with RosiieViibes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

  • Right to refuse service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

  • Modifications to terms: We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.

 

2. Product details and disclaimers

 

  • Handmade variation: Some of our tumblers are handmade. As such, each item is unique and may contain minor imperfections, such as small air bubbles, slight variations in color, or other small flaws. These are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of a handmade product.

  • Color accuracy: The colors of our products may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible.

  • Proper care: To ensure the longevity of your tumbler, you agree to follow all provided care instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or care.

  • Product liability: You, the buyer, assume all responsibility for the proper use and handling of the tumbler cup. RosiieViibes is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or other harm caused by the product.

 

3. Custom orders

  • Design process: For custom orders, we will work with you to finalize a design. Once a custom design is approved by you, no further changes can be made.

  • Intellectual property: You Cannot submit your own image, logo, or designs, as we will have our own design for you the customer to choose from. You are able to change colors and size. 

  • Final sale on custom orders: Custom and personalized items are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these products once the order has been placed.

 

4. Orders, payment, and cancellation

  • Order acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if the product is unavailable or due to an error in pricing.

  • Payment: Full payment for your order is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods listed on our website.

  • Order cancellation: We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, especially for custom orders.

 

5. Shipping

  • Processing time: Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

  • Shipping carriers: We use USPS & UPS for shipping. Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss.

  • Risk of loss: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

 

6. Returns and refunds

  • Non-custom items: For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, NO RETURNS!! NO REFUNDS!! NO EXCHANGED!!

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item please contact the shipping carrier USPS or UPS.

  • Final sale items: All custom, personalized, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • FOR ALL ORDERS: NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, AND NO EXCHANGED!!!

 

7. Privacy policy

  • Data collection: We collect personal information, such as your name, address, email, phone number, and payment details, to process your orders and provide customer service.

  • Use of data: Your information will be used to process transactions and communicate with you about your order. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to complete your order (e.g., sharing your address with the shipping carrier).
